Mike is the driving force behind Supermarine
aircraft and using his broad knowledge of engineering and
designing has brought this Spitfire project to life. He is
wholely and solely responsible for its original design and
subsequent kit manufacture and is never far from the day to
day operations of the factory often up to his elbows in the
manufacture of the kits or any other facet of the Spitfires
production.

Machining and welding, Aircraft assembly Production and Packing
of components for export shipments. Clint can turn his hand
to all aspects of Spitfire production and runs a very tight
ship.
Karen
O'Sullivan
Stock, Quality control and packing.
Karen
is a dynamo and is responsible for stock
and quality control. She also packs each and
every
kit so is intimately acquainted with every
part that goes into making up a Supermarine
Spitfire.
She is also a very capable fabricator
and keeps the boys on the go.
Mark
O'Sulivan
Sheet Metal Worker.
Mark
is currently well advanced in his apprenticeship and has
learnt the skills required to build Spitfires. He also has
very good skills in computers so is often found 'driving'
the cad programme for our computer controlled router.
Jane Rippin
Bookkeeper / Accounts
Jane
is the newest member of our team. She comes to us with
experience drawn from owning her own successful business.
Jane is very efficient and takes care of accounts payable
and receivable.
James
Clover
Very
conscientious worker often assists tradesman but is also capable
of working efficiently on his own. He has a very quiet, dry
sense of humour

Crook
Apprentice
sheetmetal worker
He
is early in his apprenticeship, is keen to learn showing good
hand skills and always willing to help. Assists with
CNC routing.
